Assault/Family Violence by Occlusion - State Jail Felony (180 days to two years in state jail) - Case dismissed after affidavit of non-prosecution obtained from the alleged victim in the case.

Motion to Adjudicate Guilt - Client on deferred adjudication for Possession of a Controlled Substance - First Degree Felony (5 to 99 years or life in prison) - Mr. Peralta negotiated a plea to a lesser included offense with a two year sentence - Client was released for time served without being transferred to prison.

Motion to Revoke Probation - Client on probation for Driving While Intoxicated with Two or More Prior Convictions - Third Degree Felony (original sentence of 10 years) - Mr. Peralta negotiated a plea deal of 5 years in prison - with time served, the Client was immediately eligible for parole.

Bond Reduction - Client charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Two or More Prior Convictions - Third Degree Felony (2 to 10 years in prison) - Client was detained in jail on $50,000 bail - Mr. Peralta negotiated an agreement to reduce the bail amount to $20,000.
