Mr. Peralta has litigated dozens of appeals in both state and federal appellate courts, and has appeared before the state Courts of Appeals, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also has experience filing Petitions for Certiorari seeking review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
